Our Zane Gulfstream DIY kits provide everything you need for the roof side of the system while saving on installation costs. Each kit is designed to be easy to assemble, so you can enjoy warm, comfortable swimming without professional installation.
18sqm roof kit, suits a pool with a surface area of roughly 18 square metres. Price $1,890 including GST.
These are roof kits only. They are designed either to replace an existing system with a new one, or for a capable DIYer to install from scratch. The kit does not include the white PVC pipe run from the roof to the pool equipment, a pump, or a PC5 solar controller. Pump and PC5 solar controller are sold separately.

Kits can be adjusted where necessary. Just give us a call on (08) 8349 4333 and we will do our best to make sure you have what is needed for your install. Extra parts and fittings are available. Gulfpanel DIY kits can also be provided; we strongly recommend calling us to discuss sizing first.

Add a Waterco Supastream pump (0.5hp, 0.75hp or 1hp) and a Zane PC5 solar controller with roof and filtration sensors from our shop, or call us to size them.
Sizing guide
As a rule of thumb the collector area should roughly match your pool's surface area. North, east and west facing roofs all suit a standard kit; if your only option is a south facing roof, call us before you order and we will size it with you. Our solar sizing calculator gives a quick estimate.

Quantity
Will it fit my pool?
The 40sqm kit suits pools up to approximately 10m x 4m. As a rule of thumb, your collector area should be 80–100% of your pool's surface area. Roof orientation, pitch and colour all affect performance. Send us your pool size and a photo of your roof and we'll confirm the right kit before you order.
Installation & support
Designed for a competent DIYer with basic tools. Most installs take a weekend. Full instructions included, and our Adelaide team is a phone call away on (08) 8349 4333 while you install. We've talked hundreds of owners through it since 1979.

Warranty Information
Genuine Zane product backed by Zane's manufacturer warranty, with claims handled in-house by Beasley Pool Heating. Properly installed Gulfstream systems typically run 20–25 years in SA conditions.
